how do people do this? how do you go to sleep at 1 am – 5 am in the morning and then get up at like 8 or 9am for work? please note that I have not gone to bed past midnight but i am surely feeling the affects of going to bed later than usual because i wake up at 5:30/ 6:30am. you know you’re tired when you fall asleep on the bus but dont remember falling asleep. lol! and i still have to get through today and tomorrow. lord help me!
