Our Father in heaven,
Reveal who you are. [psalm 103: 8; psalm 104:24; psalm 99; psalm 97:5; psalm 95:1-7; psalm 94:22; psalm 93:4-5]
Set the world right;
Do what’s best— as above, so below. [psalm 97:7-8]
Keep us alive with three square meals. [psalm 104:14-15;]
Keep us forgiven with you and forgiving others. [All REALLY great relationships are built with 2 ppl who’s expertise is constantly forgiving one another -rev run]
Keep us safe from ourselves and the Devil.
You’re in charge!
You can do anything you want!
You’re ablaze in beauty!
Yes. Yes. Yes. [message version]
8Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.
9Pray, therefore, like this: Our Father Who is in heaven, hallowed (kept holy) be Your name.
10Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
11Give us this day our daily bread.
13And lead (bring) us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. [amplified]
19 The LORD has established his throne in heaven,
and his kingdom rules over all. [psalm 103]
**how life giving is this scripture? ahhh so refreshing to me especially this morning! i think i’m going to pray this everyday for the next week and focus on each line per day. I think sometimes we forget that being a christian is not complicated, its just hard. to live counter to our own natural bent is a hard thing to do. to walk through every hard situation with integrity, grace, compassion, peace and forgivenness is HARD. you either will submit to your own way or allow God’s will to be done in your life. i choose God’s way: heaven invading earth.**
