monday shmonday

is it just me or do you feel like mondays are the worst. this past monday was no exception, I had one of those really foggy mornings and it really shocked me. thanks to good old google it said that there were a few things that can cause this and needed to be done to avoid fogginess:

1. eating well

2. exercise

3. sleep

4. vitamins

have you ever had a foggy morning? what are you doing to live a more healthy lifestyle. taking care of yourself. lets commit to a new level and awareness this year. teamfitness2012!!
