i read a quote on twitter the other day and it said, “are you living intentionally or by accident?” and i was struck by it as i thought about it in tandem with all my hopes and dreams. I need to step it up. and start small. if i say i want to go to grad school…i *cough cough* probably need to study my GRE math book for at least 30 mins 1-2x a week. Or if i say i want to become better at singing…i should probably practice my dang on piano for more than just when i have a lesson. LOL or even being more healthy…i fasted at the beginning of this year and saw my body and mind completely change during that time and want to continue eating less sugar and being more intentional about more vegetable consumption.

what are some things you need to be intentional about this year or even today? it could be simple as responding to emails with a 2 day turn around time or setting up an automatic response email that says “I’m up to my eye balls but i will get back to you within 2 business days”! Let’s endeavor to be more intentional about pursing our dreams. And i am surely preaching to the choir here.
